There are 2 dosages:

Take 2 capsules per day, 3 days before your period and 7 days during your period. Each pill box contains 60 capsules, which is enough for 3 menstrual cycles.
As a continuous treatment throughout the month at a rate of 2 capsules per day.

Format:1 pillbox contains 60 capsules, or 1 month of treatment.

For 2 capsules:

Mugwort (250 mg), Raspberry (133.33 mg), Vitamin C (120 mg), Peppermint (112.5 mg), Vitamin E (20 mg), Iron (9.33 mg), Ginger (40 mg) , Zinc (3.33 mg), Maritime Pine (13.34 mg), Grape Seed (13.34 mg), Vitamins B6 and B8 (1.33 mg and 300 μg).

Inher is sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, artificial coloring and flavoring free.
