Deliveries & Returns
I. ORDER & DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped once your payment has been accepted and certain details verified. To ensure same-day shipping, your order must be placed, verified, and confirmed before 10:00 AM, and the product must be in stock.
The above-mentioned delivery times begin once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. Preparation time is therefore not included in these estimates.
These timelines do not apply to pre-order offers, for which the delivery time is indicated on the product page. Delivery times and fees

Mondial Relay:
Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Chronopost Secure Contactless Delivery:
The most secure delivery method : your parcel is delivered directly to your home safely and without contact. Ideal for high-value packages and for customers living in apartments without a concierge or mailbox, providing protection against theft.
Refusal to sign the delivery slip is equivalent to refusing delivery. The recipient may, at the time of delivery, check a box to indicate any issue with the packaging condition. This does not replace filing a formal claim with Chronopost but can support a later complaint. Chronopost does not take part in inspecting the parcel’s contents.
If you are absent during a delivery requiring a signature, your parcel will be returned to the nearest pickup point. If you fail to collect it and it is returned to us, a €30 fee will be charged to cover the logistics and reshipping costs.
II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DAY+ is committed to replacing products that are not in conformity with your order or that show a defect.
Customers must check the condition of the products upon delivery. They have fourteen (14) days from the delivery date to submit any claims for non-conformity or visible defects, along with supporting documentation.
RETURNS
In accordance with applicable law, customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason, for a refund, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, with the safety seal intact, and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days after notifying their decision to withdraw.
Shipping fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable and remain at the customer’s expense.
Returned items must be complete and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be resold as new. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts listed in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, either by mail or through the contact form. The product(s) must then be returned, at the customer’s expense, in their original packaging within fourteen (14) days of notifying the seller.
Customers should contact the company via the contact form, indicating the issue so that the seller can provide instructions on how to proceed.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
For all subscription customers, subscriptions can be cancelled up until the renewal date. Once renewed, the order is considered confirmed. Subscribers may cancel at any time after the third month by contacting the company through the contact form or directly via their DAY+ account.
Cancellations can be made at any time from the "My Account" section on the website. If cancellation occurs after the automatic renewal charge has been processed, the order is considered valid for that month, and the subscriber cannot request cancellation of that shipment. The cancellation will take effect the following month.
The company may also terminate a subscription in the following cases:
• Payment incident
• Provision of incorrect information when creating the account
• Acts likely to harm the company’s interests
REFUNDS
If all conditions are met, the full amount of your order will be refunded within 14 days from the date your return is received at our warehouse. Return shipping costs remain at the customer’s expense.
