Your order will be shipped after your payment has been accepted and certain data has been verified. For your order to be shipped the same day, it must be placed, checked and confirmed before 10:00 a.m., and the product must be in stock.
These deadlines are from receipt of the shipping confirmation email, excluding preparation time.
These deadlines do not concern our pre-order offers, the delivery times of which are indicated on the product sheet.

Secure contactless Chronopost:
The most secure delivery method: Hand delivery of your package to your home in a secure and contactless manner. Ideal for high value packages. Protects you from theft. Ideal if you live in an apartment without a guard or mailbox.
Refusal to sign on the support is equivalent to refusal to send. The recipient can, at the time of distribution, indicate, by means of a check box, an observation regarding the condition of the packaging. This does not exempt you from filing a complaint with Chronopost. This observation will, if necessary, enrich a possible complaint file. Chronopost will not assist in any inspection of the contents of the package.
Without your presence during delivery with signature, the package will be returned to the relay point closest to you. If you are not going to collect it and it is returned to us, you will have to pay €30 delivery costs which correspond to the logistics processing costs of the return + reshipment.
II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
D+ for care undertakes to replace the products sent to you which do not conform to your order or the products which are defective.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered products. He has a period of fourteen (14) days from delivery to formulate any reservations or complaints for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered, with all the supporting documents relating thereto.
RETURNS:
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the seller, without having to provide reasons, for reimbursement, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, with their safety capsule intact and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days following communication of its decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be put back on the market in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be returned.
The customer has a right of withdrawal, except for contracts mentioned in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the customer has until fourteen (14) days after receipt of his order to inform the seller of his decision to withdraw by mail or via the contact form . The must then return, at its own expense, the product(s) in its (their) original packaging, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following communication of its decision to withdraw.
The customer must contact the company via the contact form indicating the problem so that the procedure to follow is communicated to him by the seller.
UNSUBSCRIBE:
For all our customers subscribed with the subscription, the customer can cancel their subscription up to the same day of their subscription renewal. As soon as the subscription is renewed, the order is considered confirmed. The subscriber can end their subscription at any time from the third month, by contacting the company via the contact form or directly on their D+ for care account .
The subscriber can end their subscription at any time in their “ My Account ” space on the site. If termination occurs after the automatic debit made for the month, the order is deemed concluded for the month concerned. The subscriber cannot demand the cancellation of this order by arguing his request for termination. Unsubscription is taken into account for the following month.
Unsubscription may also result from the company's decision in the following ways:
- Incident of payment of the price of an order
- Delivery of incorrect information when creating the account
- Acts likely to harm the interests of the company.
REFUND :
Subject to compliance, your entire order will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package in our warehouse. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
