Regarding our Trio Minceur treatment, we recommend taking it as follows:

- Fat Burner: We recommend taking 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water: one capsule 30 minutes before lunch and another 30 minutes before dinner. If you forget before a meal, it is however possible to consume the Fat Burner during the meal, with a large glass of water :)

- Metabolism Activator: You can dilute 1ml in a large glass of water (during a meal for example), in a yogurt, or directly in the mouth for more convenience! You can consume them when it seems easiest and most instinctive for you! This will allow you to avoid forgetting and to be regular during your treatment :)

- High Protein Powder: We recommend consuming 1 dose per day for daily use or occasionally when you feel the need. Mix 1 measuring spoon (12 gr) with 250 ml of vegetable milk or water. Let stand for 2 minutes and consume immediately afterwards. Note that High Protein Powder should not be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
