Open the sachet: the patches are nestled between two transparent protective sheets. Detach one of the protective sheets, take out the patch and position it under your eye.

Gently press it down to ensure it adheres perfectly to the skin and do the same with the second patch. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove the patches.
