4 Summer Recipes to Enhance Your DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins Powder

Summer has the wonderful ability to remind us of the simple pleasures in life: a freshly picked fruit, a meal eaten on a countertop, an outdoor breakfast… It's precisely with this in mind that we've created these four recipes featuring DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder.

Its ultra-fine texture dissolves in seconds, with no lumps or film on the surface, and its subtle taste makes it surprisingly easy to slip into a sweet recipe. The result: a beauty routine that you'll forget you're even doing, leaving you free to enjoy seasonal cooking.

Four recipes, four formats, four moods: low glycemic index pancakes for gentle mornings, a vibrant vegan smoothie bowl, a gluten-free red fruit nice cream served in a verrine for elegant presentation, and a decadent cake for wild nights. All united by the same essentials: summer fruits, chia seeds, and quality plant-based milks.

Recipe 1: Buckwheat, Peach & Chia Seed Pancakes

The breakfast that won't make your energy yo-yo. Buckwheat flour, richer in fiber than white flour, and chia seeds offer excellent glycemic stability, without ever sacrificing the pleasure of a truly fluffy pancake.

For 8 to 10 pancakes

  • 150g organic buckwheat flour
  • 1 scoop DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 25cl unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • A drizzle of honey or agave syrup

Preparation In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, DAY+ powder, chia seeds, and baking powder. Add the almond milk and eggs, then whisk until you have a smooth batter. Cook the pancakes for two to three minutes on each side in a lightly oiled pan. Serve warm, garnished with peach slices and your choice of sweetener.

The little extra: the fiber in buckwheat and chia slows down sugar absorption, providing energy that lasts all morning.

Recipe 2  : Mango-Passion Smoothie Bowl & Pumpkin Seeds

A 100% plant-based bowl, as photogenic as it is comforting, where DAY+ powder blends in without altering the flavors.

For 1 bowl

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 15cl coconut milk
  • 1 scoop DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Preparation Blend the mango, frozen banana, coconut milk, and DAY+ powder until you get a thick, smooth texture, like a smoothie bowl. Pour into a bowl, add the passion fruit pulp, then sprinkle with chia seeds and pumpkin seeds for crunch.

The little extra: the dense texture of the smoothie bowl encourages you to slow down. Enjoy it with a spoon, like a dessert.

Recipe 3: Red Berry & Chia Nice Cream

A gluten-free recipe that combines two textures: the creamy frozen texture of a nice cream and the freshness of a chia pudding, all served in a verrine for a presentation as elegant as a true summer dessert.

For 2 verrines

  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 150g frozen red berries (raspberries, blueberries)
  • 10cl very creamy coconut milk
  • 1 scoop DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100g fresh red berries for assembly
  • A few fresh mint leaves

Preparation The day before, prepare the chia pudding: whisk half of the coconut milk with the chia seeds, let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. On the day, blend the frozen bananas, frozen red berries, the rest of the coconut milk, and DAY+ powder until you get a very smooth nice cream. Assemble the verrines by layering chia pudding and nice cream, finish with fresh red berries and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.

The little extra: the nice cream provides all the creamy frozen goodness of a gourmet dessert, while the chia pudding adds crunch and texture. A duo of textures that's a change from pudding alone, with no trace of gluten.

Recipe 4: Soft Chocolate, Zucchini & Cacao Nib Cake

For cake cravings, in a more indulgent version. A gourmet collagen recipe, wonderfully moist, where summer zucchini provides a melting texture without ever being noticeable in taste.

For 6 to 8 servings

  • 200g grated zucchini (squeezed dry)
  • 100g melted 70% dark chocolate
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 80g coconut sugar
  • 120g flour of your choice (rice flour for a gluten-free version)
  • 1 scoop DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A few cacao nibs

Preparation Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Whisk the eggs with the coconut sugar until the mixture lightens slightly. Add the melted chocolate, the well-squeezed grated zucchini, then fold in the flour, baking powder, chia seeds, and DAY+ powder. Pour into a greased mold, sprinkle with cacao nibs, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before unmolding.

The little extra: zucchini adds moisture and softness to the cake, for a melting texture that keeps for several days without drying out.

In summary: the collagen and vitamins powder that goes everywhere

Pancakes, smoothie bowl, nice cream verrine, or soft cake: four very different ways to incorporate DAY+ Collagen & Vitamins powder into your summer, without ever feeling like you're making an effort. Its instant dissolution and neutral taste make it a discreet daily ally. One scoop a day is enough to transform this wellness gesture into a habit that's as simple as it is pleasant to adopt.
