It's the beginning of barbecues and the famous, very colorful fruit and vegetable salads.

For your summer recipes, choose seasonal products. They are tastier and have more obvious nutritional benefits for you. Each season our body has different needs. In summer, we burn fewer calories and our body requires more water. Summer fruits and vegetables are full of water. In winter, because of the cold, we need more nutrients and vitamin C (cabbage, spinach, tangerines, etc.).

Eating seasonally also means encouraging and favoring short circuits. Positive behavior to adopt to reduce our ecological impact.

Here are the products to favor this summer:

Fruits: strawberry, apricot, cherry, watermelon, melon, tomato, blackberry, peach, nectarine...

Vegetables: artichoke, eggplant, zucchini, beetroot, broccoli, cucumber...
