A recipe born in Andalusia, in the south of Spain. Easy and quick to make. Gazpacho is rich in vegetables, water and fiber. It is a real ally for health.
How to make a good gazpacho?
The ingredients you will need for 4 people:
4 tomatoes, 2 green and red peppers, 1 cucumber, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, salt and pepper
It's up to you:
1- Prepare the vegetables, cut them into squares or thin slices.
2- Add them all together in a container.
3- Mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. You can sprinkle with cayenne pepper when serving.
You can accompany the gazpacho with a slice of fresh cheese and multicolored cherry tomatoes.
