Adopted by some, feared by others, sport is essential and must be integrated into our daily lives!

In addition to the numerous benefits on physical health, sport has a direct impact on mental health: it allows us to improve our concentration and our immune system.

Being physically active will also help you find balance.

But you still have to find the sport that suits you!

We have listed different ways to do physical activity, you just have to choose the right one:

FUN 

For you, sport means fun alone or with friends. If adrenaline and/or mutual aid stimulate you, bet on extreme sports such as skiing, surfing, climbing or team sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball.

PERFORMANCE 

Do you like to set goals and push yourself? Are you looking for endurance and/or strength in a sport? Then running, cycling, tennis and boxing are for you if you want your energy and your performance to be one. Little tips: we recommend HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training if you don't have enough time (20 minutes will be enough).

THE RELEASE

Stressed by nature, you want to let go. For you, feeling good about your body is also feeling good about your mind without too much effort. Choose gentle sports: yoga, pilates, exercise cycling, walking. Practice them at the office, at home, indoors or outdoors, so there's no excuse to block a time slot.
