All our cures have been designed to be combined with each other without overdosing so that you can benefit from all the advantages of our cures for your overall well-being.
All our food supplements are perfectly adapted to a kosher and halal diet.
Each DAY+ treatment is designed to provide a targeted solution with rigorously selected, highly-dosed active ingredients.
We do not recommend combining DAY+ cures with other dietary supplements, to avoid any risk of vitamin or mineral overdosage.
We recommend that you follow your DAY+ cure for a minimum of 3 months. For Dodo (sleep spray), Magic Me (anti-stress solution), Rehab (anti-hangover solution), Inher (solution to reduce pain during Period) and Immu (immune system booster), you can take them as a course of treatment or as and when you feel the need.
Our food supplements are intended for women and men. However, some of our food supplements can target specific problems such as the pains of Period or the symptoms of menopause.
The expiration date (DLU) is available on the bottom of all our boxes. It is located near the batch number, in the box "Batch number: / Best before end".

Our plant and superfood actives are natural. For our vitamins and minerals, which cannot be natural and/or organic, we use highly dosed and carefully synthesized active ingredients in order to guarantee the best quality and effectiveness.

All of our products, with the exception of Preparatory Care, Day+ and Rehab, are compatible with a vegetarian or vegan diet. Indeed, the capsule of our Preparer Care is designed with a fish gelatin envelope and Day+ contains marine collagen. Therefore, they are not compatible with these diets.
In order to benefit from the advantages of each of our food supplements, we recommend you to make cures in time. You can consume each of our food supplements continuously, without any risk.
Some of our dietary supplements are not recommended for people taking medication or suffering from specific medical conditions. For this reason, we recommend that you consult your doctor or healthcare professional. Depending on the DAY+ cure you are interested in, he or she will be able to advise you with full knowledge of your state of health and/or pathologies.
All our food supplements are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as they may contain active ingredients that are contraindicated during pregnancy.

We recommend that you keep your Day+ sticks in the refrigerator for even more freshness in the morning. In an eco-responsible goal, the bottles of the Sun Care Duo, Dodo and Immu are made of vegetable plastic from sugar cane. At high temperatures they may melt. We therefore recommend that you do not leave them in the heat but keep them at room temperature.
Our cures have been designed for adults and adolescents over 16 years of age and should be kept out of reach of children.

In order to get the best results for your skin we advise you to make a cure in time (3 months minimum). Moreover, by subscribing you save 10€ each month, receive a surprise gift each month and benefit from a video consultation with one of our experts.
When you subscribe, you sign up for a 3-month subscription. At the end of the 3 months you can continue your subscription or cancel it if you wish.
You can postpone your next subscription renewal by one month or more and/or change the date of your subscription directly in your Customer Account.
When you take out a monthly subscription, it is set up directly. It is then renewed automatically every month (or every 2 months for the Preparatory Care) so that you can receive your treatment without lifting a finger! The payment of your subscription takes place at the time of its subscription and at each monthly renewal, at the same date.

Day+ uses the most powerful antioxidants nature and science have to offer.
Spirulina contains powerful antioxidants: phycocyanin, chlorophyll, carotenoids, beta-carotene and pro Vitamin A.
Hyaluronic acid acts directly as an antioxidant thanks to its moisturising power and its ability to capture free radicals contained in UV rays which accelerate skin ageing.
The pomegranate contains polyphenols. Day+ is very rich in antioxidant vitamins: vitamin A, B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K. Day+ is very rich in antioxidant minerals and trace elements: copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, zinc. Antioxidants act as a protective shield that captures and neutralizes free radicals. They help the body to better defend itself.
Day+ is very rich in antioxidants contained in spirulina, hyaluronic acid, pomegranate and zinc.
Day+ collagen is scientifically called "marine collagen hydrolysate". The hydrolyzed form of collagen is the most easily digestible form available.
The large molecules of collagen are reduced in order to better pass the intestinal barrier and preserve all the essential amino acids for a better, simpler and more effective action. Indeed, the hydrolysate of marine collagen has an absorption rate of 90% vs. 30% for collagen in tablet or capsule. The collagen in DAY+ is type 1 collagen, derived from the skin of fish (cod, tilapia, pangasus).

Day+ sticks are not kosher, but they are hallal and contain no dairy or bovine products. The collagen in Day+ is type 1 collagen, derived from fish skin (no crustaceans are present).

Concerning our Trio Minceur cure, we advise you to take it as follows:
- Fat Burner: We recommend taking 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water: one capsule 30 minutes before lunch and another 30 minutes before dinner. If you forget to take it before a meal, it is possible to take the Fat Burner during the meal, with a large glass of water :)
- Metabolism Activator: You can dilute 1ml in a large glass of water (during a meal for example), in a yogurt, or directly in the mouth for more convenience! CBD OIL
CBD or cannabidiol is a molecule called naturally occurring in cannabis or hemp.
Its extraction is made from the resin (flower) or the head of the cannabis plant. CBD should not be confused with cannabis itself, which is a plant composed of many cannabinoid molecules, and which also contains THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in addition to CBD.
CBD oil is known to bring a feeling of well-being. It acts in particular on the stress, the anxiety, the mood and certain pains like the menstrual pains or the migraines.
There are 3 types of CBD:
- Full Spectrum CBD Oil: Full Spectrum CBD comes from the complete extraction of the plant, meaning that all parts of the plant are used (flowers, leaves, seeds & stems). This method of extraction allows to keep all the cannabinoids present in the plant, including CBD and THC. It is what one calls "the effect of entourage".
- Broad Spectrum CBD Oil: À Unlike the Full Spectrum extraction, the Broad Spectrum uses the same process except that an additional step is added to totally exclude THC, the molecule responsible for the psychoactive effects. Since it does not contain THC or in undetectable quantities, Broad Spectrum CBD oil is 100% legal in France and in Europe.
- Isolate: This is an extraction of pure CBD, it contains no other cannabinoids.
We chose broad spectrum CBD, because it does not contain THC, the active molecule of CBD responsible for the "high" effect, and allows to maximize the effectiveness of CBD and its relaxing virtues.
