Si vous souhaitez par la suite le créer afin d'avoir accès à toutes vos informations, vous pouvez le créer directement via la page Créer son Compte Client de notre site. Vous recevez également un lien d'activation par mail qui vous permettra de l'activer et avoir accès à toutes vos commandes.
My promotional code does not work, what should I do?
When you are on our website and place an order, you are invited to proceed to payment by clicking on "Proceed to payment" at the bottom of the basket.
You will then be redirected to the "Checkout" page where you can add your shipping information, bank details and your promotional code. In order for the promotional code to be applied to your order, it must be spelled correctly and in capital letters.
If the discount code has the condition of working only when adding a certain product to the cart, make sure to add the product in question to your cart the product of your dreams, then enter the code during checkout so that it applies to your order.
Can I combine a current offer with a promotional code?
Promo codes cannot be combined with our promotional offers.
How do I know if my order has been validated?
When your order is validated, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order and your invoice. Check your spams, maybe the emails are hidden in them!
My order is noted as "delivered" but I have not received anything.
If you have not received your package when it is noted as delivered, we invite you to first inquire with your neighbors or your guardian to find out if someone was able to pick up the package for you.

All our food supplements can be consumed simultaneously, so it's perfectly possible to combine several DAY+ cures.
All our cures have been designed to be combined with each other without overdosing so that you can benefit from all the advantages of our cures for your overall well-being.
Are your food supplements kosher and halal?
All our food supplements are perfectly adapted to a kosher and halal diet.
Can I combine my DAY+ cures with those of another brand?
Each DAY+ treatment is designed to provide a targeted solution with rigorously selected, highly-dosed active ingredients.
We do not recommend combining DAY+ cures with other dietary supplements, to avoid any risk of vitamin or mineral overdosage.
How long do you advise to do a cure before seeing results?
Nous vous recommandons de suivre votre cure DAY+ pour une durée minimale de 3 mois. Pour les produits Dodo (spray sommeil), Magic Me (solution anti-stress) et Inher (solution pour réduire les douleurs pendant les règles), vous pouvez les consommer sous forme de cures ou ponctuellement lorsque vous en ressentez le besoin.
Are your food supplements only for women?
Our food supplements are intended for women and men. However, some of our food supplements can target specific problems such as the pains of Period or the symptoms of menopause.
Where can you find the minimum durability date on your food supplements?
The expiration date (DLU) is available on the bottom of all our boxes. It is located near the batch number, in the box "Batch number: / Best before end".
Where are your food supplements made?
Our food supplements are developed and manufactured in France according to the French and European standards in force.
Are your ingredients of natural origin?
We favor natural forms of active ingredients when they are available. In all our food supplements, we select the best ingredients.
Our plant and superfood actives are natural. For our vitamins and minerals, which cannot be natural and/or organic, we use highly dosed and carefully synthesized active ingredients in order to guarantee the best quality and effectiveness.
Why use food supplements?
Food supplements target specific problems and provide a concentrate of nutrients and/or substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. DAY+ food supplements enable you to regain power and control over yourself, to boost your metabolism, beauty and energy, both physically and psychologically.
Are there any allergens in your products?
Allergens present in DAY+ food supplements are indicated on the product sheets of our e-shop. You'll find them in the "Precautions for use" section.
Are your products compatible with a vegetarian/vegan diet?
All of our products, with the exception of Preparatory Care, Day+ and Rehab, are compatible with a vegetarian or vegan diet. Indeed, the capsule of our Preparer Care is designed with a fish gelatin envelope and Day+ contains marine collagen. Therefore, they are not compatible with these diets.
Should I take a break during my cures?
In order to benefit from the advantages of each of our food supplements, we recommend you to make cures in time. You can consume each of our food supplements continuously, without any risk.
Can I take a DAY+ cure if I'm on medication?
Some of our dietary supplements are not recommended for people taking medication or suffering from specific medical conditions. For this reason, we recommend that you consult your doctor or healthcare professional. Depending on the DAY+ cure you are interested in, he or she will be able to advise you with full knowledge of your state of health and/or pathologies.
Can I take a DAY+ cure if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
All our food supplements are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, as they may contain active ingredients that are contraindicated during pregnancy.
On the other hand, you'll be delighted to enjoy all the benefits of each of them once it's over. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in a woman's life, but it also has a considerable impact on her skin, hair, nails and body. That's why taking DAY+ dietary supplements following pregnancy and at the end of the breastfeeding period can only be beneficial for you and your well-being.
How should I store my DAY+ food supplements?
We recommend that you keep your Day+ sticks in the refrigerator for even more freshness in the morning. In an eco-responsible goal, the bottles of the Sun Care Duo, Dodo and Immu are made of vegetable plastic from sugar cane. At high temperatures they may melt. We therefore recommend that you do not leave them in the heat but keep them at room temperature.
Can my child take food supplements?
Our cures have been designed for adults and adolescents over 16 years of age and should be kept out of reach of children.
For all food supplements for children, we advise you to contact your doctor so that he can give you medical advice.

Is there a minimum duration for subscriptions?
When you subscribe, you sign up for a 3-month subscription. At the end of the 3 months you can continue your subscription or cancel it if you wish.
I want to take a break and/or change the date of my subscription renewal, how can I do this?

How do the subscriptions work? When will I be charged?
When you take out a monthly subscription, it is set up directly. It is then renewed automatically every month (or every 2 months for the Preparatory Care) so that you can receive your treatment without lifting a finger! The payment of your subscription takes place at the time of its subscription and at each monthly renewal, at the same date.
How do discounts on subscriptions work?
When you sign up for a subscription using a promotional code, it applies to the first month of your subscription only.

Le Stick Collagène & Spiruline+ utilise ce que la nature et la science ont de plus puissant en antioxydants.
Spirulina contains powerful antioxidants: phycocyanin, chlorophyll, carotenoids, beta-carotene and pro Vitamin A.
Hyaluronic acid acts directly as an antioxidant thanks to its moisturising power and its ability to capture free radicals contained in UV rays which accelerate skin ageing.
The pomegranate contains polyphenols. Day+ is very rich in antioxidant vitamins: vitamin A, B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12), vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K. Day+ is very rich in antioxidant minerals and trace elements: copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, zinc. Antioxidants act as a protective shield that captures and neutralizes free radicals. They help the body to better defend itself.

Day+ collagen is scientifically called "marine collagen hydrolysate". The hydrolyzed form of collagen is the most easily digestible form available.
The large molecules of collagen are reduced in order to better pass the intestinal barrier and preserve all the essential amino acids for a better, simpler and more effective action. Indeed, the hydrolysate of marine collagen has an absorption rate of 90% vs. 30% for collagen in tablet or capsule. The collagen in DAY+ is type 1 collagen, derived from the skin of fish (cod, tilapia, pangasus).
The production of DAY+ collagen is strictly controlled and regulated by French and European sanitary standards: Regulation (EC) 178/2002, Regulation (EC) 852/2004 and Regulation (EC) 2074/2005. These standards define a set of objectives in terms of food safety with which companies in the food sector must comply.
