I. ORDERING & DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched after your payment has been accepted and certain details have been verified. In order for your order to be dispatched the same day, it must be placed, checked and confirmed before 10:00 am, and the product must be available in stock.

Secure contactless Chronopost :
The most secure method of delivery: Hand delivery of your parcel to your home in a secure and contactless manner. Ideal for high-value parcels. Protects you from theft. Ideal if you live in a flat without a caretaker or mailbox.
Refusal to sign on the carrier is equivalent to a refusal of the shipment. The recipient may, at the time of delivery, indicate, by means of a checkbox, an observation concerning the condition of the packaging. This does not exempt the recipient from filing a complaint with Chronopost. This observation will, if necessary, be used to enrich a possible complaint file. Chronopost will not be present at any check of the contents of the package.
Without your presence at the time of delivery with signature, the parcel is sent back to the nearest relay point of your home. If you do not collect it and it is returned to us, you will have to pay a €30 delivery charge which corresponds to the logistical processing costs of the return + reshipment.
II. FEEDBACK & EXCHANGE
DAY+ s’engage à vous remplacer les produits envoyés qui ne seraient pas conformes à votre commande ou les produits présentant un caractère défectueux.
The customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to formulate any reservations or claims for non-conformity or apparent defects of the products delivered, with all the relevant supporting documents.
RETURNS :
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the seller, without having to justify his reasons, for the purpose of reimbursement, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging, with their security cap intact and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days of communication of his decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be put back on the market in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not accepted.
The customer has a right of withdrawal, except for the contracts mentioned in article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Pour exercer ce droit de rétractation, le client a jusqu'à quatorze (14) jours après réception de sa commande pour informer le vendeur de sa décision de se rétracter par courrier ou via le formulaire de contact. Le doit ensuite restituer, à ses frais, le(s) produit(s) dans son(leur) emballage d'origine, au plus tard dans les quatorze (14) jours suivant la communication de sa décision de se rétracter.
The customer must contact the company via the contact form, indicating the problem, so that the seller can inform the customer of the steps to be taken.
UNSUBSCRIBE :
Pour tout(e)s nos client(e)s abonnées avec l'abonnement, le client peut annuler son abonnement jusqu'au jour même de son renouvellement d'abonnement. Dès l'abonnement renouvelé, la commande est considérée comme confirmée. L'abonné(e) peut mettre un terme à son abonnement à tout moment dès son troisième mois, en contactant la société via le formulaire de contact ou directement sur son compte DAY+
The subscriber may terminate his/her subscription at any time in his/her"My Account" area on the website. If the cancellation occurs after the direct debit for the month, the order is deemed to be concluded for the month concerned. The subscriber may not demand the cancellation of this order on the grounds of his/her request for cancellation. The unsubscription is taken into account for the following month.
Unsubscribing can also be decided by the company in the following ways:
- Order payment incident
- Provision of incorrect information when creating an account
- Acts likely to harm the company's interests.
REIMBURSEMENT :
Subject to compliance, your order will be refunded in full within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package in our warehouse. The return costs are at the customer's expense.
